By now I'm sure that everyone knows that the housing market in the States is hurting. I found the site www.condovultures.com and was shocked to see how much the market is actually deteriorating.
Here is there public database... unfortunately they don't have pictures but I couldn't believe that prices had dropped in some cases 50-80% below the initial selling price. http://pirate.condovultures.com/view/public.php
And keep in mind these are for prime locations in Florida- Miami Beach etc...
